Tinkers Construct stats tuning

Some of the stats were taken from TiC2, some - from TiC1, and some were calculated by a certain formula (TiC2 damage / TiC2 Manyullin damage * TiC1 Manyullin damage) Feel free to test it out and leave your opinions here

Fiery Metal:

• Durability: 720 - TiC2 value untouched
• Mining speed: 7.2 - TiC2 value untouched
• Damage: 3 - Calculated via formula
• Handle modifier: 1.2 - Is 0.8 in TiC2, but in TiC1 metals' modifiers are always ≥1.0, so I used a netherrack value to go with the fiery theme
• Arrow durability: 1.2 - Blaze rod stats
• Arrow weight: 2.7 - Blaze rod stats * 3. That's a metal after all
• Arrow break chance: 0.08 - Blaze rod stats

Knightmetal:

• Durability: 900 - TiC2 value untouched
• Mining speed: 7.0 - TiC2 value untouched
• Damage: 3 - Calculated via formula. The converted value was 2.75. Might have to decrease later
• Handle modifier: 1.22 - TiC2 value untouched

Naga Scale:

• Durability: 460 - TiC2 value untouched
• Mining speed: 8.9 - TiC2 value untouched
• Damage: 2 - Calculated via formula
• Handle modifier: 0.5 - Wasn't originally intended to use as a handle + mining level is like that of a stone
• Arrow durability: 1.4 - TiC2 value untouched
• Arrow weight: 1.8 - Bone stats. Scales are close to bones after all
• Arrow break chance: 0.02 - Bone stats

Steeleaf:

• Durability:180 - TiC2 value untouched
• Mining speed: 7.0 - TiC2 value untouched
• Damage: 3 - Calculated via formula. Converted value - 2.75
• Handle modifier: 0.8 - TiC2 value untouched. Left untouched since a handle made of leaves is not a very bright idea + it gives imbalance regenerative power
• Arrow durability: 0.6 - TiC2 value untouched. Not a good idea to make arrows out of leaves, but they do regenerate
• Arrow weight: 0.5 - Reed stats. Leaves are very light after all
• Arrow break chance: 0.15f - Stick stats. I don't think that it should break more or less often
