I would like to know if answers to the questions from the jupyter notebooks will be made available here in GitHub

Some answers are already available for the proteogenomics session: https://github.com/GTPB/IBIP19/blob/master/pages/proteogenomics/answers.md

We have to work on the other ones to fix this issue.

Thank you very much for all the dedication to deliver a very interesting course! The answers are really welcome, as one can only learn so much in the intensive 4 days of IBIP!
