[Bug] Make the bubbles from the Fludd meter #242

Now it scales accordingly to the window size like the rest of the HUD

Description of changes

Modified hud.gd to make dynamic changes to the bubbles size according to the window size

Issue(s)

Closes #237

Hmm, this is awkward...I seem to have done the exact same fix as you. Not sure what to do about that.
