Investigate AP_Rangefinder Library #4

Need to change RANGEFINDER_MAX_INSTANCES to 2. Mitch is going to change it from one to two since we can use both LIDAR and SONAR if need be.

Changed RANGEFINDER_MAX_INSTANCES from 1 to 2 in RangeFinder.h since we now have 2 range finders(sonar and lidar)
