the requested resource (/gnizr/home) was not found

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install gnizr (2.3)
2. login using gnizr gnizr
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I believe it should be a main page, I get a 404

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.3 mac osx

there was an issue with trying to resolve a tuckey.org url to a urlrewrite.dtd. 
 The
lack of internet caused this dtd to not resolve hence stopping interpretation 
of the
xml file containing rules for rewriting urls.  this was resolved by moving the 
file
to a local webserver.

As an alternative to the solution described by mike.corey, try deleting 

<!DOCTYPE urlrewrite
PUBLIC "-//tuckey.org//DTD UrlRewrite 3.0//EN"
"http://tuckey.org/res/dtds/urlrewrite3.0.dtd">

from WEB-INF/urlrewrite.xml

I tried on my local machine when it was disconnected from the Internet. Gnizr 
was
able to resolve /gnizr/home.
