Increase large grid ship Grinder volume a little [Idea] #254

currently they can't hold an entire small cargo plus the cargo's construction comps so they often drop on the ground

large block small cargo is 480L.

I can't figure out where to change this setting. It is not a tag as part of ShipWelder definitions. It might be assigned through the ShipToolBase
