  1. Nexus - 2 sector setup with Lobby.
  2. NPC variants for all weapons that yield 25% tech scrap, player weapons do not grind to scrap
  3. New commissioned weapons from Consty.
  4. Reduce MPs on grids, or increase thruster MP, or add gyro MP
