Possible solutions: Add WeaponDef to all <WeaponDefinitionId Subtype="Missiles_Missile"/>

Add targeting groups to all

<TargetingGroups>
     <string>Weapons</string>
</TargetingGroups>

This may not actually be a problem at all, possible false report
