Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Asset create form has fields that can be presented in a better way

Describe the solution you'd like Instead of describing optional fields as "optional" in field name, keep a * on required fields 3 fields of depreciation can be combined into a single field which asks depreciation percent / yr. If you wishes to change it he can switch to months or days with a dropdown. All the calculations should be carried out inside JS code

@imhardikdesai , why don't we build a UI like this and add some animations to make it look more interesting for adding assets, since it is a flow? @mohitkhatri06 , what is your opinion? image

Tha looks amazing! it gives scope for explainging the user what each step is abuot and user has enough focus for each step. Please implement a PoC and raise the PR ASAP such that we can give our feedback
