How to convert quoteOriginaldatierung? #24

I remember us discussing this, but I can't find where I wrote the answer. Is it <quote><origDate>?

let's use the equivalent to cei:issued/cei:date/cei: foreign and replace cei: foreign with cei:q.

Okay, changing to issued/quote/date(quote is illegal in date).
