Write type/subtype constraints #48

Currently, the schema does not associate type and subtype, though the subtypes should be children of the types in the attached SKOS ontology. Writing a constraint would improve the consistency of the data, but might not be best for those using their own specialized subtypes?

There has been limited feedback on this issue, and it seems like the preference would be to encode information such as the material of seals directly in the TEI when possible. The enhancement of seal/authen to have the elements of msItem/msDesc, as discussed in #55 seems like it is a more desirable solution to this issue, and will be the preferred way to approach this going forward.
