Primary: Lori | Secondary: Cristina (Klein), Steph (Akunjee), Urnisha (Sepulveda) Coordinate with Dr. Sepulveda, Dr. Akunjee, and Dr. Klein to host virtual design thinking sessions with Atin observing. Lori will be facilitating with secondary taskholders interviewing.

@cmaracine to provide an update on this, I still need to finalize the deliverables and SOP for the VA. Once we do that, we'll coordinate with Atin on the virtual SOP and reach out to the participating clinicians (I'm thinking closer to the end of the month).

I reached out to the following individuals today, inviting them to coordinate a virtual session in August. The virtual protocol is out for review (I'll follow up with Atin in the next few days) and we can touch base with Atin to see when he's available (at least for the first one).

  3. Dr. Sepulveda (GW/MFA)
  4. Dr. Ni (VA)
  5. Mr. Powell (VA)

Agendas for 9/11 and 9/12 session sent out on 9/8/2023. Dry runs conducted for both sessions as well.
