Run FASTA against filtered-NT #16

Check with @wrpearson what would be the best way to run against filtered-NT (close to a terrabyte) and also get the taxonomic distribution of the hits.

Will use slimNT in place of filtered-NT for the time being for comparison of FASTA to BLAST. slimNT is smaller but is already on GW HPC.
