In the ftp site for blast/db readme

NOTE: 
(1) For screening for vector contamination, use the UniVec database:
    ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pub/UniVec/
 -  marked files have pre-formatted counterparts.

We should include this as a final step in making filteredNT
