Update biomuta and bioxpress readme names

The URL structure is confusing. The entry/overview pages should be named something like /bioxpress_overview. Same for Biomuta, should be something like /biomuta_overview and then the /biomuta_pipeline page should be for the pipeline documentation.

Also don't use capitalization in the URLs.

• [x] /bioMutaReadme should be at /biomuta_overview.
• [x] /biomuta_readme should be at /biomuta_pipeline.
• [x] /bioxpressReadme should be at /bioxpress_overview.
• [x] Add page for /bioxpress_pipeline.
• [x] Also on the biomuta page take out the redundant links (screenshot below) (same with the bioxpress gene search here sentence above the useful links section).

Also Raja wants to move the ReadTheDocs documentation for each pipeline to the hive lab site. So all the content will have to be copied over. Once you have copied over the content into the pipeline pages, schedule a call with @mariacuria where you can share your screen and she can tell you what edits need to be made.

So apparently Raja sir mentioned that he would like the documentation on wiki, which hasn't been set up yet. So I am assuming there;s no need to create more static pages on hive lab website to copy the contents of ReadTheDoc documentation.

I can work with Maria to add the documentation to the wiki once it has been set up.

Ok for now just correct the URLs for the project overview pages and remove the redundant links
