Add restat flag

Add flag to determine what encounters to count during Restat.

With #159 this introduces new parsed encounters which we don't want in restat for now. Eg golem numbers and possibly fractals.

As discussed, this should be an enum so we can track different groups, not just "track/don't track"

oh yes true. So:

1. Raids
2. Fractals
3. Golem (I dunno there might be some competitive goleming)
4. Other

Implemented groups, but for now I'll only stat raid bosses (under encounter--All), as I don't recall a decision on how to treat other groups. I suspect the ideal would be to break down encounter--All into encounter--All_Raids, encounter--All_Fractals...?

Tested , all good.

If possible would like to reorder the Profile boss options by group instead of mashing them all together. Eg.
