Add Barrier stats to buff table.

I believe we should be able to add Barrier provided and damage absorbed by barrier?

Below file has double support scourge i believe.

Looking at what is available:

There is a marker when all or part of a damage event was absorbed. So we cannot get exact numbers from that, but we can produce an upper limit (treat all damage as full absorbed).
Doesn't seem to be anyway to track application/uptime.
