Add all the boons and buffs #215

For @immortius , need to switch to detect both old alacrity and new alacrity as well after today's patch. I dunno if it's possilbe to show both under the same metric in encounter screens? ie we have one display for alacrity and it will show the uptime regardless of age of encounter

Following buffs need to be added:

In addition, we need to remove GoTL. I also noticed we have thief buffs below in analyser but we don't display them.
