API Function Request - Discretize.eu - Global Stats #223

API to pull latest global stats so they can display on their website. I'm not sure exactly what information they would like but i assume it's just whatever is shown currently on the global stats page for each fractal CM data set.

Will probably want to include Raids in this as well for other websites.
