Fractal 25 detected as CM #226

Apparently this was a level 25 Fractal and not a CM..

We don't actually have CM/nonCM distinction yet, all Skorvalds (whether CM or nonCM) are in an area we have named "Skorvald CM"; we do not have a "Skorvald" area. Related to #203

I had assumed this had already been dealt with somehow. I can look into detecting the difference between CM and non-CM for fractals, given datasets to compare. For the non-CM fractals, would you like them rejected outright?

The assumption we had was that we wouldn't need to worry about it since logging anything other than CM requires manual configs which 99.99% of the player base won't do.

If it's easy to differentiate and reject non CM then let's do it, otherwise I think we can park this until we have more reliable way of finding it out. I'll need to see if i can make some non CM logs for the other bosses to compare.

Done for skorvald, at least assuming Skorvald health differs between 100 and 100 cm
