Boss Metrics Updates #248

Have a list of Boss Metric IDs from Mars (the guy with the ARC Mechanics plugin). So hopefully it should be simpler to add these into the boss fights where some metrics are still missing.

As with other metrics, some parsing may be needed to ensure no duplicate detection etc occurs.

I probably need a bit of clarity in terms of what some of these skills are and what metrics we want to capture relating to them.

Need to look at adding these metrics for the Fractal bosses when we get the chance
