Phase detection is wonky sometimes.. #277

Found an issue with phase detection for Dhuum primarily.

Apparently showing only condi damage and not power for some reason or missing pre event completely.

Checked the second log, the pre-event phase simply isn't there - the log starts pretty much when dhuum activates.

Hmm for this one, how much effort to rewrite it so we ignore the preevent since it looks like we always catch the main event pretty consistently.

We'd need to amend timings to only account from main phase onwards and/or potentially add a default 2 minutes to it.
