Create Cronjob to File Backup DB #313

We learnt the hard way that snapshot back up wasn't sufficient to back up the DB. As such need to add a daily job to have a file back up of the DB so we can recover easily if needed in future.

Already done, just waiting for it to pop so I can test if it works correctly.

One step ahead \o/. Just close this off once you've confirmed it.

/var/db_backup, one and two day old, each 14Gb; there's 37Gb left free on /.
