Recommended flashing prodedure? #12

Hi Rob, and thank you very much for the work that you are putting into this repository.

Being new to the (tr)usdx world, I'd like to know what is the recommended way of compiling/flashing the device. It seems I am forced to do that, due to it's "factory" CAT being broken apparently, and I'd like to use it, and ... who knows, maybe contribute to the project if I find something interesting.

I have some prior experience flashing an old MCHF, yet this seems a different beast to me.

I read carefully the code and comments, you recommend in several places to get in touch with you in order to have hints on the needed parameters. Would you be so kind to pass this information?

OK, I figured out myself the flashing procedure... parameters and band management is another story. Now I intend to work a bit on this code for my trusdx. I may make a fork
