serial problems with BLACK_BRICK #8

Im having serial problems with my black_brick

I can see info returning from the unit (TXON,TXOFF,etc) but in the inactivity time, it is sending 0xff bytes (and they confuse the rig software)

Is there any hardware mod (or better, a patch) to fix this?

ok.... as i was not looking at the display (still with icsp connected....) didnt see the "sharing" code..... going to investigate were to pull the diode.

can i omit the diode with an i2c display?

after some teaking, better close this issue and open anew one....
