Room type cosmetic issues. #11

Error message shows [[normal]] instead of [normal] when adding a room of type 'normal'

Intended as such when there are more than 1 tags assigned to the room. Outer brackets to indicate the list of all the tags assigned, and inner brackets for each individual tag.

Reason for disagreement: Having double [ ] with no clarification anywhere in your UG/DG would make error messages like this look bugged.

Thus, more clarification can be written under the UG (Hence documentation bug).
