Does not add certain legit names. #2

For example, some names with ' or , or / cannot be added, but these names exist.

May be also a Medium severity bug, especially when your app launches in places where such names are more common.

Furthermore, names with special characters can be replaced by spaces. Can consider for future iterations of the application

Reason for disagreement: As before, there exists names with special characters. Excluding such people would make the application unusuable to many possible hotel guests. Furthermore, some people may feel that their name is being disrespected if we just substitute spaces for the special characters.
