While the app does not accept adding people of the same name, users can workaround by editing the user. (but cannot edit until all the fields are the same).

This bug cannot be reproduced.

As mentioned in the UG, the 'id' field is the only thing that needs to be unique between people. When adding two people, every other field can be the same. As demonstrated in the video, this is possible. It is also not a bug to edit two people to have the same name.
