Record works for Room 006 when the maximum room number is 005. #9

There should be an error message that notifies the user that the maximum room number is 005.

Record allows search on all parameters (such as ID, phone number, email, address), thus 006 could be part of someone's phone number for example thus "record 006" is a valid search.
