After fixing bugs, the results can be reproduced and better #10

There are some bugs in the training code of the old version. We have updated the code. The updated code can be stably trained, and has achieved better replication results than the original. Details are described here, including code changes and corresponding impact, replication details, and test logs. (If you find any problems with the code, you can feed back to us, and we will continue to optimize the code)

Note: High opencv version will lead to abnormal evaluation results on MSRA-TD500 because the eval scripts of TD500 dataset rely on opencv . we use the opencv-python == 4.5.0. It is recommended that the opencv version should not exceed 4.5.0.
