Feature: Custom flag environment variable #41

期望的功能室可以在配置文件或者全局设置中配置动态容器获取 flag 的环境变量。

默认是 GZCTF_FLAG，但这会导致某些默认以 FLAG 为环境变量的容器无法使用，必须重新构建。
