What is the current behaviour?

Current behaviour prior to the PR is that the system does not support paged requests for Book objects.

What is the new behaviour?

This PR closes #2 with the following changes:

• GetPaged endpoint now exists and takes an instance of PagedRequest in the query string
• GetPaged endpoint calls GetPageOfBooks on the IGetBook interface
• GetPageOfBooks calls GetAll on IDataStore interface
• PagedResponse is returned from GetPaged if records could be found inside of an OkObjectResult
• If no records could be found, the GetPaged returns 404
• If the input data for GetPaged is wrong, it returns 400
