Gentoo improved ebuild #11

So basically I:

Copied @iressa ebuild
Updated it to latest version and improved it a bit
Pushed it into my overlay which is included in the official 3rd party overlay list.
Now the ebuild is cached into https://gpo.zugaina.org/x11-plugins/x11-emoji-picker , so anyone can push updates (simililar to arch AUR)

While i assume that all gentoo chads know how to install packages from that ebuild repository, it would still be nice to have an example command in the README. Other than that it's looking good. 👌
