(Bug - v1.3) Contents of other chest 'frequencies' lost. #20

I'm using v1.3 in my mod pack "Vaygrim's Chance", and I just recently started really delving into Dimensional Storage uses. One use I decided upon was turning a Dimensional Storage chest into a multi-page toolbox. Put all my tools into Public Frequency 1 (PF1)... and building materials for a specific project on Public Frequency 2 (PF2). Seemed like a great idea at the time and I've since stepped out of the game, stopped and restarted the server several times.

I come back to my Multi-Toolbox of Wonders, and it is set to PF1. All my tools are there, great. I switch to PF2 and it is completely .. empty. Nothing. Switch to PF3 where I had building materials for another project.. nothing. Lots the entire contents of Public Frequencies 2 through 6.. with only 1 keeping its inventory.

This is on a private single player world (yes it is being run on a server but I'm the only one on the white list, and the only one with admin access). I am marking this up to a bug as there is literally no one else that could have taken the blocks.. and I have no other ideas or explainations.

Help?

NOTE: This is v1.06 of the Vaygrim's Chance mod pack which can be found on any launcher (easiest to find on the AT Launcher), and runs under Forge 1272 for Minecraft 1.7.10
