Update for Gekko 0.6 #149

I've released gekko 0.6 which has some differences in the API. See the following links for details:

Nice docs! A contributor made the changes here to adequate the main GA to the new api. I'll be looking further at the docs for new features or secondary details. cheers ;D

Worth noting that the updated Japonicus version is on the "develop" Git branch. I struggled for a while :)
