Monocrome setting being reset/ignored on Loadstate #438

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Virtu to use Monocrome Color
2. Color turns green, or should.
3. Save State
4. Load State

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Color is restored on the load state.  Going back to the Settings dialog and 
clicking on OK, will force Monocrome back on, after a frame advance.
