Add Event Type "CreateEvents" to events validation. #3

In the current state, the code is only observing github "Push Events", which means that, when you create a new branch or repository, you'll be ignored.

Is this really an issue? Creating a branch or a new repository doesnt exactly translate to much coding effort

When you create a new repo or branch it can already have code and it'll not count.
