Win8下运行goagent.exe报错

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 配置完成
2. 运行goagent.exe报错

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
运行goagent.exe报错如下：

I got the same error.  From the error output, I saw  ConfigParser problems.  
There should be some problems in the proxy.ini file ,  caused this.

So I recreated a new proxy.ini by the notepad++ (or ultra edit else), and the 
same content within the original proxy.in.
