If you run Kali Nethunter or some other kit for pen testing and got an a33x or a53x, here's a very good adapter for using with XyUnbound kernel: HERE
It's extremely cheap and still good enough, is USB3 and tri-band (even tho it's not mentioned, yes it supports 6GHz). I backported its driver (mt7921u) from linux-6.1.y and it's already included in the kernel. It works fairly.

Can be used as android's main (wlan0) interface
Can deauth
Can deauth while serving as AP (aka VIF)
Good stable driver
It pairs its antennas with phone's internal antennas and receives extremely good signal
