Add scaladoc root page #118

The starting page for generated API documentation should contain overview 
information. It is currently empty, see for instance
[[http://docs.scalafx.googlecode.com/hg/scalafx-1.0/scaladoc/index.html]]

Use information provided in
[[https://wiki.scala-lang.org/display/SW/Configuring+SBT+to+Generate+a+Scaladoc+
Root+Page]]
to add the root package documentation.
