[Enhancement] Implement MapValueFactory #119

We need an easy way of supporting dynamic generation of table columns that are 
mapped to an arbitrary model. MapValueFactory is a mechanism provided by JavaFX 
to achieve this which is reasonable enough.

This is something that comes up frequently enough and unfortunately is 
roadblock for our project.
