Ability to check warning and critical levels as a percent instead of exact value #27

It would be extremely useful to be able to check memory usage with percent 
based warning and critical levels. 

So if the memory is updated on the JMX you would not have to update the nagios 
monitor.

I have made some modification on the code and it is working as percentage. I am 
using it for watching HeapMemoryUsage. I do not have permission to commit my
