Can't Be Installed On Servers #9

Installing it as a plugin on a server doesn't work. It fails to load because it has no plugin.yml file, It's working fine on single player worlds, but not on the server because it won't actually load.

This was my own inexperience. I was attempting to install it as a plugin, rather than a server side mod. My mistake.
