[BUG] Pulverizer Factory Auto Split ignores recipe #363

Description:

When using a recipe such as 2 raw -> 3 dust, it will split the 2 raw into 1 and 1, thus halting the machine and leaving it with unprocessed materials

Steps to Reproduce:

Put 2 or 4 raw metal into a pulverize factory, and have it set to auto-split

Technical Information:

Minecraft: 1.17.1
Fabric API: 0.41.0+1.17
Industrial Revolution: v1.11.0
Modpack: Custom, if needed will post modlist but I believe it to be unneccesary

Logs:

N/A, not a crash and more a consequence of intended features

Details: Might apply to other factories too, this is just the one I noticed.
