[BUG] broken tooltip #429

Description:

Tooltip seems to be seemingly doubled when you mouse over bottom part of items containing power (like solar generator) inside modular workbench.

Steps to Reproduce:

place workbench
pick solar module
place solar generator inside
mouseover bottom part of solar generator
