my wrench mode wont change #462

I am trying to build an ore processer but I cant change my wrench mode the video said to shift and click but it doesnt change when I do that can someone tell me how to change it I looked for about an hour and couldnt find anything.

The Wrench configure mode has been replaced by the Screwdriver item in recent versions
