[BUG] a few blocks not dropping themselves when broken #507

Description: break block, no drop. seems to be missing loot tables for a few blocks

Steps to Reproduce: place block, break block

Technical Information: AOF5 and AOF6 modpacks. 1.2.0 on aof6

Details: so far known is the data card encoder but there were a couple others. would be easiest to just put a debug statement in to list all the mod's blocks that dont have a loot table/loot table is null and resolve those

I also have this bug, personally I'm using the dreamcraft modpack.

I'm playing AQM2 and also get nothing back when breaking the data card encoder. Silk Touch also doesn't work.
