[BUG] Cannot configure to pull bucket out of coal generator #595

Description: The coal generator doesn't have a setting for output, making it impossible to pull out the bucket after a lava bucket is inserted

Steps to Reproduce:

insert lavabucket by pipe
attempted to configure output bucket using screwdriver
configuration can only be set to input and none

Technical Information:

Minecraft: 1.20.1
Fabric API: 0.92.1
Industrial Revolution: 1.16.5-BETA
Modpack: Aof7
