Need to bump dependency on exceptions #10

Hi,

exceptions 0.4 and 0.5 have been released. Please check if your package builds against these versions and extend your dependency version range accordingly.

So give me one more day to fix this. I can't do a simple dependency bump because there is a breaking change that exceptions made that will in turn require a breaking change in pipes-safe.

This is fixed and up on Hackage as pipes-safe-2.1.0.
