Support for exceptions 0.6? #14

Hi, is it possible to get a new release that supports the latest version of exceptions? I'm packaging pipes-safe for NixOS, and the package is blocking the exceptions update in our distribution because it won't build with the latest version.

Yes, I will release master to Hackage later this afternoon.

Alright, pipes-safe-2.2.0 is up on Hackage and supports the latest exceptions.
